Pinata time

For the upcoming celebration I’ll attempt to make a hot air balloon pinata (without the hot air) modeled after the balloon in the ending scene from Wizard of Oz. Hopefully I’ll have enough time. Just need a balloon, paper-mache mix, extra paper, paint, a little basket thingy, cardboard tube, uh, twine, candy and toys to fill it with.

We never got around to making the pinata, which is just fine - we had a very busy set of parties! We made a big tin man, and the kids played tape the heart on the tin man. We also made a big bunny, but never got around to tape the tail on the bunny. We also ready stories, and ran around and crazy stuff. It was awesome, and the homemade cake went great with the over the rainbow sherbet.
